Refund Policy

Overview

At Starflares, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your expectations. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various services.

Development & Design Services

Before Work Begins

Full refund of advance payment if cancellation occurs before any work has commenced.

Work in Progress

Partial refund based on the percentage of work remaining. Work completed will be billed at our standard rate.

After Project Delivery

No refunds after final deliverables have been approved and handed over.

Internships & Training Programs

Within 7 days of enrollment: 80% refund of the program fee.

After 7 days but before 30% completion: 50% refund of the program fee.

After 30% program completion: No refunds will be issued.

Note: Certification fees are non-refundable once the certification process has begun.

College Project Assistance

Before consultation: Full refund of any advance paid.

After consultation/planning: 50% refund if cancelled within the first week.

During development: Prorated refund based on milestones not yet delivered.

Event Management

30+ days before event: 75% refund (25% retained for planning work).

15-30 days before event: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before event: No refund (vendor commitments made).

Note: Third-party vendor deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Multimedia Services

Before work begins: Full refund.

After initial drafts/concepts: 50% refund.

After final delivery: No refunds (revisions available per agreement).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@starflares.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your project/order details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
