Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Starflares services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Starflares provides the following services:

• Web & App Development (Web, Mobile Apps, Software, API)
• UI/UX Design
• Multimedia Production (Video Editing, Thumbnails, Logo Design)
• Social Media & Community Management
• Internships with Certifications and Portfolio Building
• Online Courses with Certifications
• Event Management (Bangalore only)
• College Project Assistance (Online & Offline)

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. For project-based work, a 50% advance is required before commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Starflares retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback cycles. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by client-side bottlenecks, including delayed feedback or incomplete requirements.

6. Revisions & Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Starflares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
